Dr. Greg Eberhart

Dr. Eberhart is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he received both his undergraduate and medical degrees. He then completed his pediatric residency at the Wright State University/Wright Patterson AFB program in Dayton. After completing his residency, he practiced for 3 years in Tucson, Arizona with the Air Force and then returned to Dayton.

Dr. Eberhart is the past Chair of The Professional Staff at Dayton Children's Hospital. He has served as President of the Western Ohio Pediatric Society and Delegate-at-Large for the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the Reach Out for Kids Clinic (a homeless and uninsured clinic) and volunteers there regularly. Dr. Eberhart and his wife have two children.

Dr. Craig Chalfie

Dr. Chalfie completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. His medical degree is from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He then went on to complete a pediatric residency at the Wright State University/Wright Patterson AFB Program in Dayton. Dr. Chalfie was chief resident during his third year of residency at The Children's Medical Center.

Dr. Chalfie is a faculty member of the Wright State University School of Medicine and continues to work with pediatric residents and medical students. Dr. Chalfie received the Dayton Children's Medical Center Community Service Award in 2003. Dr. Chalfie and his wife have two children.

Dr. Jennifer Sweat

Dr. Sweat graduated from the Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine Pediatric Residency program and served as chief resident her third year. She previously attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA for medical school and Georgia Institute of Technology for her undergraduate degree. She and her husband are now happy to call Ohio home and have one child.

Dr. Michele Dritz

Dr. Dritz grew up as part of a military family, so she's from a little bit of everywhere, but has now made Ohio her home. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, San Diego, her medical degree at Albany Medical College in upstate New York and her Pediatric training at St Louis Children's Hospital/Washington University in Missouri. She then went on to complete her Adolescent Medicine fellowship training at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center along with additional training in healthcare quality improvement. After her fellowship, she practiced for 5 years as a civilian provider at Wright-Patterson AFB in their Adolescent Medicine clinic before joining Cornerstone Pediatrics.

In addition to her clinical work, she works closely with the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) as a medical director and consultant for some of the adolescent health care quality improvement programs in Ohio, is a member of the Ohio AAP's Committee on Adolescence, a founding member of the Ohio Adolescent Health Partnership and is an advisor to the Ohio Department of Health as part of their statewide work on improving adolescent health and well-being. Locally, she is a faculty member at the Wright State University School of Medicine, which allows her to work closely with medical students and pediatric residents. Dr. Dritz and her husband have two children.
